tip EducationUSA is a global network of more than 450 advising centers supported by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.

EducationUSA centers actively promote United States higher education around the world by offering accurate, comprehensive, objective and timely information about educational opportunities in the United States and guidance to qualified individuals on how best to access those opportunities.

EducationUSA staff in Washington also work with the U.S. higher education community, providing information on international education policy, global education systems, the importance of recruiting international students, how to cooperate with EducationUSA centers around the world, and how to maintain an international-student friendly campus and website.

The EducationUSA program in Taiwan is managed by The Public Affaris Section of the American Institute in Taiwan in cooperation with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and educationusa.state.gov.

Only U.S. government-supported educational advising centers are permitted to display the EducationUSA logo, which identifies advising centers adhering to the highest standards and ethics.
